SIZING CHEMICALS

  • Tallow : Tallow of animals is used to make soap and for cooking. It can be used as a raw material for the production of biodiesel and other oleo chemicals. Historically, it was used to make tallow candles, which were a cheaper alternative to wax candles. In sizing it is used for making thread soft for good control of hairiness.
  • K700BK(Sizing Binder) is used for all kind of warp sizing. In adhesive formulations, K700BK can function as the primary binder or as a compounding agent. It is compatible with all type of starches, Glues, Acrylics and have good tensile strenth.
  • BIC SIZE: One Shot Sizing Compound (Powder) Size for warp yarns composed of cellulosic fibre and polyester/cellulosic-fibre blends can be use alone or in combination with all commercially available native and modified starch products.

          Note: 1 kg Bic Size replaces 3 kg Polyvinyl Alcohol.

  • Zaisize OSF: “One Shot” sizing chemical (Liquid)

Zaisize OSF is an Acrylic Polymer (Urea Free) Size for staple-fibre yarns composed for cellulosic fibres, polyester/cellulosic blends, wool and polyester/wool blends. Zaisize OSF is especially designed for sizing of spun yarn.

 Note: PVA Free Sizing Agent 1 part Zaisize OSF replaces approximately 3 parts of PVA.

  • GT-200: “After Waxing” agent for sized warp. Gt-200 is very much compatible with starch and other synthetic glues, used for sizing of yarn composed of cotton, Cotton/Polyester/Acrylic blend. It almost completely replace the natural animal fat, like Tallow, Greases etc. It possesses wet ability and improves the size pickup of yarn.  Note: 1 kg GT-200 replaces 3¬4 kg Tallow.
  • Zaisoft D-36: is used for sizing of spun yarn.It improves lubricity also minimizing and reduces the loss of adhesion. It has antistatic in character.It reduces roughness of Starch & other sizing binders.
  • ENZYSIZE is acrylic Copolymer based. Specially designed synthetic polymer resin to improve adhesion and cohesion for sized spun yarn, for cotton, polyester/Cotton and Polyester/viscouse blends. Enzysize fully compatible with starch size and other synthetic glues, it imporves the properties of starch for superior weaving.
